$835 Million GNMA Servicing Portfolio Hits Market


Denver (Sept. 11, 2014) – MountainView Servicing Group, a leading provider of residential mortgage servicing rights transaction and valuation advisory services, today announces an $835 million Ginnie Mae bulk servicing offering. The company is the exclusive sale advisor to the seller.

Quality features of this portfolio include 99.7 percent fixed-rate and 100 percent first-lien product, a weighted average original FICO of 691, a weighted average original loan-to-value ratio of 94 percent, and a weighted average interest rate of 4.00 percent.

Top states for the portfolio are California (23.9 percent), New York (9.6 percent), Florida (4.7 percent), and Pennsylvania (4.5 percent). The average loan size is $205,309.

Bids are due Sept. 16.
