$2.7 Billion Servicing Portfolio Offered through MountainView
Denver (Dec. 12, 2014) – MountainView Servicing Group, a provider of residential mortgage servicing rights transaction and valuation advisory services, today announces its advisory role for the sale of a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac MSR portfolio with $2,738,563,642 of total unpaid principal balance. Bids for the portfolio are due Dec. 18.
Quality features of this portfolio include 100 percent fixed-rate and first lien product, 100 percent retail production, 80 percent purchase originations, a weighted average original FICO score of 746, a weighted average original loan-to-value ratio of 79 percent, and a weighted average interest rate of 4.51 percent.
Top states in the portfolio’s nationwide geography are California (17.6 percent), Arizona (16.4 percent), Utah (16.4 percent), and Colorado (9.7 percent). The portfolio’s average loan size is $207,263.
“Given the portfolio size and the fact that it’s 100 percent retail and 80 percent purchase servicing, we expect a large amount of interest,” said Matt Maurer, managing director at MountainView Servicing Group. “We have marketed a lot of portfolios and rarely come across portfolios with this much purchase concentration.”
