MountainView Brings $1.25 Billion Servicing Offering to Market


Denver (July 16, 2015) – MountainView Servicing Group, a leading provider of residential mortgage servicing rights sales and valuation advisory services, is advising on the sale of a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac MSR portfolio with $1,245,530,903 of unpaid principal balance. Bids are due on July 22.

Quality features of the portfolio include 100 percent fixed-rate and first lien product, 100 percent retail production, 67 percent purchase originations, a weighted average original credit score of 748, a weighted average original loan-to-value ratio of 80 percent, a weighted average interest rate of 4.03 percent, and low delinquencies.

Top states for the portfolio are Utah (19.6 percent), Arizona (14.5 percent), California (14.4 percent) and Colorado (10.7 percent). The average loan size is $226,625.

MountainView Servicing Group also has a $527 million portfolio of Ginnie Mae MSRs bidding today, as well as a $561 million Ginnie Mae MSR portfolio bidding on July 21.
