Nathan Callard originally joined MountainView IPS in 2004, transferring from his prior role as an analyst with Clayton’s Credit Risk Management group. Mr. Callard began working for the IPS team as an analyst on the group’s portfolio reporting service and began valuing bonds for the group later that year. Nathan was also a manager with Economics Partners, a Denver-based restructuring-related valuation and economic analysis firm, and a portfolio analyst for the Chotin Group, an asset manager in Denver. Prior to joining the IPS team, he worked as an analyst for a privately held asset manager in Rochester, New York. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University and holds the CFA® designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.
Brian Dunn Brian Dunn

Brian Dunn is responsible for conducting and overseeing the MountainView IPS team’s RMBS, ABS and residential whole loan valuations. Mr. Dunn has been with MountainView IPS since 2005, previously working as an analyst in Clayton IPS’ portfolio surveillance group. Brian also was a Credit Risk Analyst for Clayton Fixed Income Services, where he performed risk management on mortgage-backed securities. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and a MBA degree from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Brian also is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program.
Patrick Godwin Patrick Godwin

Patrick Godwin is responsible for valuation of residential mortgage-backed securities and whole loan pools, with a focus on second liens, scratch and dent, and manufactured housing. Mr. Godwin also provides value verification of secured structured debt (corporates, preferred shares, and royalty streams) as well as equity and warrants (primarily in illiquid small/micro-cap listed companies and private equity). Patrick joined the IPS team in 2007 from Clayton Fixed Income Services, where he served as Senior Credit Risk Analyst for two years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a Finance emphasis, from the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado.
Alvin Hsu Alvin Hsu

Alvin Hsu is responsible for optimizing valuation models and performing valuation analysis on non-agency RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs and CDOs. Mr. Hsu joined the MountainView IPS team in 2015 with more than 10 years of experience in structured products and credit markets. Alvin previously spent eight years in several positions with Barclays, eventually rising to Assistant Vice President of Strategic Credit Portfolio Management. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
Chris Kennedy Christopher Kennedy

Christopher Kennedy is focused on increasing awareness of MountainView IPS and enhancing the company’s valuation services. Mr. Kennedy works closely with asset management firms, financial institutions, specialty finance companies and government agencies to ensure that they are receiving the independent/third-party reports, opinions and insights needed to achieve their business objectives. Chris joined MountainView IPS from Equifax, where he was Director, National Sales Consultant – Capital Markets Division. Chris previously held sales roles at Compass Analytics, Republic Mortgage Insurance Company, and Tuttle Risk Management Services, as well as a Senior Fixed Income Analyst position at GE Capital Mortgage. He began his career with Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Chris holds an MBA degree in Finance and International Business, with a concentration in Investment Management, from Drexel University, as well as an AB degree in Political Science and Economics from Syracuse University.

Alex Kolesnikoff Alex Kolesnikoff

Alex Kolesnikoff is responsible for performing valuations on a wide variety of fixed income assets, including whole loans, RMBS, CMBS and ABS. Mr. Kolesnikoff joined the MountainView IPS team in 2015 after seven years at KPMG, where he held a senior associate title and specialized in the valuation of MBS and other securitized assets. Alex earned a BBA in Economics and Finance from James Madison University.
LT Luong Dzung Tri Luong

Dzung Tri Luong (“LT”) is responsible for modeling and valuing residential whole loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, CDOs, and ABS. Mr. Luong joined the MountainView IPS team in 2014 from Sigma 1 Financial, where he served as Research Assistant and was responsible for building a stock portfolio risk-return optimization model using Excel VBA. Prior to Sigma 1 Financial, LT held a Teaching Assistant position at Colorado State University, where he assisted professors with research and assisted with the management of a financial analysis and evaluation model for the Veterans Fund within the College of Business. LT earned a Master’s degree with an emphasis in Financial Risk Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University.
Kyle Qualheim Kyle Qualheim

Kyle Qualheim is responsible for performing monthly valuations for various types of residential mortgage-backed securities, whole loan pools, and agency securitizations. In this role, Mr. Qualheim also manages and maintains IPS Workbench, the proprietary data output and reporting tool of the MountainView IPS team. Kyle joined the IPS team in 2010 from Clayton Fixed Income Services, where he served as Credit Risk Analyst and Senior Credit Risk Analyst. Prior to Clayton, he worked with JPMorgan Chase for two years as Investor Reporting Analyst. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University.
Derek Schultz Derek Schultz

Derek Schultz is responsible for residential whole loan valuation and prepayment and credit modeling. Mr. Schultz joined MountainView in 2016 from W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, where he served as Senior Capital Markets Analyst for three years and was responsible for valuing and modeling residential mortgage assets. He previously worked at Mercury Payment Systems as Commission Analyst. Derek obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University.
