  • Invests in performing and distressed single-family residential mortgages, as well as REO property
  • Seeks recovery on distressed loans through our special servicer’s loss-mitigation strategies
  • Currently holds very few foreclosures and REO properties
  • Completed 41 purchases, representing $21.6 million of unpaid principal balance, in 2011
  • Purchased equity interest in FDIC pool, with $282 million of unpaid principal balance, in 2011
