  • Provides statistical analyses of loan and deposit behavior, and validations of asset-liability management and other financial models

MountainView is led by a senior management team comprised of four seasoned individuals.



Michael Morgan Michael Morgan
Michael Morgan is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of MountainView Capital Holdings and its subsidiaries. Before joining MountainView, Mr. Morgan was an investment banker with Jefferies and Company from 1998 to 2007 and acted as a financial advisor to MountainView’s predecessor. Mike began his career as an attorney, specializing in secondary mortgage market transactions, and practiced law from 1985 to 1998. He earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi, a JD degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Florida School of Law. He also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
Stenwyn Joseph Stenwyn Joseph

With over 25 years of mortgage banking experience, Stenwyn Joseph joined MountainView in 2013 from OneWest Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President in the Investment Portfolio division responsible for managing all functions associated with the MSR portfolio, including valuation, risk metrics, pricing, trading and financial reporting. At IndyMac Bank, the predecessor of OneWest, Mr. Joseph led and mentored a team of portfolio managers and analysts in managing risk and return associated with MSRs, fixed income securities and whole loans averaging over $3.5B in assets under management. Sten earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Florida Metropolitan University and achieved certifications as a Certified Network Engineer (CNE) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).


Susan Bow Susan Bow

Susan Bow is responsible for the management of all legal and compliance activities for MountainView Capital Holdings and its subsidiaries. Ms. Bow also oversees the contract finance team that provides loan underwriting and transaction documentation services to the company’s MSR and whole loan sales advisory and asset management businesses. Before joining MountainView in 2009, Susan served as Senior Managing Director, General Counsel (corporate and securities) at Countrywide Financial Corporation and previously was in private legal practice. She earned an AB degree in English from Albion College and a JD degree from Boston College Law School. She also holds Series 7 and 24 securities licenses.


Art Yeend

Head of Sales and Marketing

Art Yeend is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of MountainView’s sales and marketing team. He coordinates closely with all members of the management team to deliver the full breadth and depth of the company’s sales and trading, analytics, and asset management expertise to clients, ensuring they receive the solutions and insights needed to achieve their objectives. Mr. Yeend joined MountainView in 2013 with a 30-year-plus background in mortgage finance, including senior management positions in capital markets, sales and production. In addition to Wall Street positions with Kidder Peabody and Link Securities (now Guggenheim Capital Markets), he was Senior Vice President, Director of National Sales for Correspondent Lending at Capital One Finance’s GreenPoint Mortgage unit. Art also was an original partner in the pioneering interest rate risk management firm of Tuttle & Co., serving a long tenure as Trading Desk Manager. He began his career at Old National Bank’s Bancshares Mortgage after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University.
