Michael Morgan, CEO Mountain View Capital Holdings

Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of MountainView Capital Holdings and its subsidiaries. Before joining MountainView, Mr. Morgan was an investment banker with Jefferies and Company from 1998 to 2007 and acted as a financial advisor to MountainView’s predecessor. Mike began his career as an attorney, specializing in secondary mortgage market transactions, and practiced law from 1985 to 1998. He earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi, a JD degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Florida School of Law. He also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.

Gene Persinger is responsible for all financial and operational functions at MountainView Capital Holdings and its subsidiaries. Mr. Persinger’s activities include GAAP financial statement presentation, financial analysis, design of procedures and internal controls, asset management, risk management, and supervision of the sales, accounting, administrative and IT teams. Before joining MountainView in 2009, Gene served as the CFO of GMAC Commercial Capital, a broker-dealer specializing in the finance of residential, commercial and municipal real estate transactions, and was a senior audit manager with KPMG. He is a CPA, and he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree – with an Accounting and Finance emphasis – from Appalachian State University. He also holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.

Susan Bow is responsible for the management of all legal and compliance activities for MountainView Capital Holdings and its subsidiaries. Ms. Bow also oversees the contract finance team that provides loan underwriting and transaction documentation services to the company’s MSR and whole loan sales advisory and asset management businesses. Before joining MountainView in 2009, Susan served as Senior Managing Director, General Counsel (corporate and securities) at Countrywide Financial Corporation and previously was in private legal practice. She earned an AB degree in English from Albion College and a JD degree from Boston College Law School. She also holds Series 7 and 24 securities licenses.
